End User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE. BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA.

1. License Grant

Crenwiz grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the Software on a single Atlassian Confluence or Google Workspace instance that you own or control.

2. Restrictions

  • You may not modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, or decompile the Software.
  • You may not use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You may not remove or alter copyright notices.

3. Ownership

The Software and all intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Crenwiz.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CRENWIZ BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

6. Term and Termination

This EULA remains in effect until terminated. Upon termination, all rights granted under this EULA cease.

7. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

8. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.

9. Severability

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

10. Waiver

No waiver by Crenwiz of any breach shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.
